Using a smartphone, we’re able to schedule a basic plumbing service call virtually, where a service tech can view your plumbing issue using Zoom. For only $35, we can have a professional plumber diagnose your pluming issue and then either help you figure out how to solve the problem yourself or schedule you for follow-up service. If you need a real in-person service call after the virtual service call, we will credit the $35 fee to your total bill.

This is a true win-win scenario: by viewing your plumbing problem before the tech arrives at your home, it allows us to make sure we arrive on the job with all the proper supplies or parts, and also makes it a shorter call because we already know what to expect before we arrive.
