Project Manager

Based in Austin, TX, Shirley joined the Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air team earlier this year with the hope of leveraging her diverse skill set to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration. With a background in teaching and entry-level experience in programming, Shirley is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, bringing a wealth of varied skills to the table.

Her career began in the education field, where her ability to break down complex concepts for a diverse group of learners helped hone her communication skills and laid the foundation for her leadership abilities. Passionate about technology, Shirley has learned a variety of programming languages, including Javascript and Python, and gained hands-on coding experience to further her technical skills.

Currently, Shirley applies her project management skills in the plumbing industry. Her role involves coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. Her organizational skills and attention to detail have been key in successfully overseeing projects from start to finish.

Shirley aims to leverage her educational background, technical skills, and project management experience to contribute effectively to the Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air team, driving projects to successful completion with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
