Hi, my name is, Clark Burr. I’m a member of Norwood Bible Church. With me here today is, Rory Carroll. Rory, we came to know Rory through one of the gentlemen at our church in our small group, and we were providing outreach help to Rory his sewer line had collapsed.

So when I contacted various plumbing outfits, I found that Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air was the most responsive, and provided the best customer service, when they came on site they were quickly assessing the problem and then provided a two-part solution to hopefully save cost and reduce the cost.

We wanted to assess what was part of being a clean-out and then from the cleanout determine what the remainder of the problem was, and in my conversations with Diego and Jahvon, they were providing an initial discount. The church finances, and the ability to cover some of this, were certainly limited but they worked with us on that.

And so then the onsite work with Lonnie and Marqus was tremendous. They kept us abreast of what was going on the entire time. The communication and ultimately when we got to the second part of the solution, Diego and I had a conversation about what we could afford.

And frankly, he was a godsend — praise Jesus Christ — for sending Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air and Diego, his concern and help. So, they are going to be my personal plumbing and drain and service provider going forward in terms of my home and any other endeavors that I suggest.

Oh, I thought they were great. They showed up immediately, I mean when they showed up, they didn’t just send one guy, the whole team came out to assess the problem, and they found it, not only found the problem but found where it was at in under 15 minutes. And they were all so personable and very friendly. They were a pleasure to have around for a couple of days.

Yeah, and continue to be. Yeah. So we’re again very thankful for Diego and his team and Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air. I fully support them and I guess if I could give them five stars I’d give ’em six! Yeah.

They made me feel good about the whole thing ’cause I knew it was getting taken care of and I had no worries the whole two days. They kind of relieved a lot of stress for me.

So, to summarize, going forward, for any of my needs plumbing, drain, and sewer needs for my own home, and recommendations to any of my friends and associates, certainly at church, and in my community, I’m going to strongly recommend Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air and I encourage other consumers to strongly consider Alphalete Plumbing Drain Heating & Air for their future needs.
