We’re happy to announce that Alphalete Plumbing now offers the ability to request a service call online at a time and date of your choosing.

Using the booking request widget, you can select a specific day, then see the open time slots our service techs have available. Fill out the form, then submit it, and our staff will confirm the booking before the appointment. It’s just that simple! This works for plumbing and for HVAC.

Alphalete Plumbing is committed to providing the best plumbing service possible in the safest possible manner. As part of that, we’re already doing the things you would expect, including:

• keeping our distance
• wearing masks when we enter a customer’s home
• taking our employee’s temperatures before they start work

But we’re also adding a new option for those who need plumbing service but don’t want someone entering the house if it’s not absolutely necessary: virtual plumbing service calls.

Using a smartphone, we’re able to schedule a basic plumbing service call virtually, where a service tech can view your plumbing issue using Zoom. For only $35, we can have a professional plumber diagnose your pluming issue and then either help you figure out how to solve the problem yourself or schedule you for follow-up service. If you need a real in-person service call after the virtual service call, we will credit the $35 fee to your total bill.

This is a true win-win scenario: by viewing your plumbing problem before the tech arrives at your home, it allows us to make sure we arrive on the job with all the proper supplies or parts, and also makes it a shorter call because we already know what to expect before we arrive.

Popular speaker and mindset coach Mimi the Motivator is hosting a special live event called “Get High On Motivation LIVE 2020” at the Library 21C on Chapel Hills Drive in Northern Colorado Springs.
